I’ve got a question for all you CrossFit fans out there and I would appreciate your commentary below. What is it about chipper style workouts that you love so much? They’re miserable and long and you feel bad 45 seconds after the “3, 2, 1, Go!” and that feeling lasts for 20+ minutes. Where’s the fun in that? Conversely, if you hate chippers, I’d like to hear why. I know everyone has an opinion on this; even our folks who don’t often post on the web. We want to hear your thoughts so let them be heard!
