Hey folks, we’re going to be cancelling the 9AM group classes for the next 4 Saturdays. Instead, we’ll be running to Open WOD each week at 10AM. Regardless of whether or not you’re registered, come out to give the Open WOD a try. We’ll scale as necessary and you’ll get a good taste of the competition. Yoga will continue at it’s regularly scheduled time. See you out there!
