Bench Press
3×5 (+2.5-5#)

then

In teams of 2, conduct a push-up pyramid from 1 up to 10 and back down to 1.

For example, athlete 1 does 1 push-up while athlete 2 rests. Athletes alternate up to 10 and back down.
