Eating well requires some serious planning and you’re going to be reading nutritional labels like never before. I posted this a while ago and I think it’s a good jump off to see how one family goes about buying and preparing a whole weeks worth of groceries. There are items in there that don’t quite fall within the paleo/good eating guidelines, but you get the idea. It’s definitely worthwhile to sit down and plan out your groceries and meals with a list to tackle your weekend shopping with a plan in hand.
