We know you guys have been enjoying the O-lift Fridays lately. As many of you are finding, the O-lifts are a great way to test and express power, strength, and coordination. Incidentally, all the things we look for in great athletes. Not surprisingly, the better you get at those lifts, the easier your athletic endeavors become. CrossFit RVA is hosting an Olympic weightlifting competition this Sunday and if you didn’t catch any of the awesome lifting in London this past Summer, checking out this competition would be a great way to get your feet wet. We’ve also got a few people competing and it would be great for you to come out and support them on the platform. Nothing like a bunch of screaming friends to help you out of the bottom of a super heavy front squat/overhead squat. Pen it into the calendar!
