If you’re looking to compete in the CrossFit Open, go ahead and get yourself registered. In the weeks leading up to the Open we’re going to be running competition style workouts. Essentially they will be workouts that are a little heavier, a little more high skill, and a bit more challenging. To be clear, they aren’t for everyone, but for those that are looking to compete in the Open.
