Today’s WOD:

Competition:

Back Squat to a heavy single (not a max) then 5×1 @ 90%

L2:

Back Squat
5×5 @ 75-80% (+5)

L1:

Back Squat
3×5 (+5-10)

then

All Levels:

2x400m with 2 minute recoveries

then

50 Burpees
100 Sit-Ups

Can be completed in any order.

Supplemental work for Competition and L2:

Bulgarian Split Squat with weighted barbell
4×8 (4 per leg)
