We are having two Bring a Friend days in the next couple of weeks to give those busy on the weekends a chance to try out CrossFit!
Our first day is Thursday October 1st, during the 5:30pm, 6:30pm, or 7:30pm classes.
The workout will be partner style, fun, fast paced, and challenging for all levels. We encourage any level of fitness to come out and try a class.
Be sure to bring your friend a few minutes early to get a waiver signed, we will see you then!
