Mobility – opening up the wrists and shoulders in preparation.
Handstand – taking things from the absolutely beginner to off the wall.
Muscle-up – A solid, very easily scalable progression for the muscle-up on rings.
Handstand pushups – Progressions from absolute beginner to incredibly advanced. The mistakes I see many people make when training this skill, as well as the best ways to teach it in large group settings.

Mobility – a revisit to mobility with some new drills.
Handstand correction – Athletes will be coached based on their level.
One Arm Handstand work – getting started toward the skill.
Press/Planche work – apply strength through a straight arm.
Advanced ring skills – forward roll, front/back lever, kip-up, as time and skill allows.
