Alternate 5-10 Burpees and 10 Goblet squats

 

Ex:

Minute one = 5 Burpees and 10 Goblet squats
Minute two = 10 Burpees and 10 Goblet squats
Minute Three = 5 Burpees and 10 Goblet squats
