Now that we’re deep into the Nutrition Challenge, we want to know how it’s going for you. What’s been difficult? Have you made noticeable health related improvements yet? Stick with it, we know it’s not easy but it will pay off. Speaking of difficult things, is anyone having problems putting together healthy paleo style meals after a long day at work/school/the gym? We know that your busy schedules can sometimes get in the way of healthy eats, so we’re going to start selling meals at the gym! Haluk is spearheading the effort and starting on Monday, there will be paleo food available for purchase featuring smoked pulled pork. Get some before it’s all gone. If everyone enjoys the meal option, maybe you can convince Haluk to make it a regular thing… Happy eating!
