Today’s WOD:
With a partner complete the following:
40 Medicine Ball Squats (20/14), partner holds bottom of a squat
40 Abmat Sit-Ups, partner holds an l-sit
40 Wall Balls (20/14), partner holds bottom of a squat
40 Push-Ups, partner holds prone plank
While one person completes reps, the other must be engaged in the hold. If the partner in the hold can not maintain position, both participants must stop working until a hold is re-established by either person.
The first of our three “Bring a Friend Days” is today. Your friends are welcome to come on out with you to try out some CrossFit with you. Just get them to register for the appropriate class time on our Schedule. Notice too short? They can come on Thursday and Saturday too!
