With all that has happened with Golden Gate as I will now call it, we want to remind all athletes at RVA that we run Open workouts on Thursdays at 530p/630p and Saturdays at 1030a. You may not show up and do the Open workout at your leisure on any other days. If you need an exception, you MUST get in contact with Jamie beforehand to get it cleared. It’s important that we maintain movement standards and a fair and safe environment for all; you can’t just ask a friend to count for you without our knowledge. Sorry – it’s a huge liability for us. That being said, keep up the great work with your Open workouts! Almost half way there!
