The weather is heating up and it’s more important than ever to stay hydrated. If you divide your body weight in pounds in half, that is roughly the amount of ounces of water you should be taking in on a daily basis when you are not doing exercise of any sort. When it’s hot out and you’re sweating at the gym, you need to take in more. Make sure your intake is spread out throughout the day. Gulping down all the water at once is a bad idea.
