I’m recycling a link here, but there’s plenty of folks who I’m sure have never seen this video. This is a great explanation for why it is important to take responsibility for your own flexibility and mobility. Eliminate the fuzz with prejudice.

On a side note, I’m totally amped up from watching our competitors over the weekend and even MORE amped to see so many folks tackling the running workout on Monday.
