Our bodies are made of sinewy strong muscles and one of the muscles that is most popular amongst ALL people (due to aesthetic appeal), are the abs, or rectus abdominis. Take a good look at that picture. Everyone who CrossFits consistently typically has a great set of muscles in the stomach region, so why don’t they show through in rippling fashion? Probably because your diet sucks. Exercise is important, yes (so are genetics to a certain extent), but abs are formed in the kitchen by a good diet and not 100 extra ab-mat sit-ups daily. You’ve got a six-pack hiding underneath a layer (layers?) of fat, how bad do you want them to show through?
