Tomorrow is the last 7 minutes of the Open for quite a few folks and we’ll be cooking out after everyone is done. Open workouts will start at 10 AM as they have over the past month plus and we’ll fire up the grill when people are wrapping up. Whether you are competing in the Open or not, we would love to see you out there cheering on the competitors or eating and imbibing beverages with us.

Charles Barkley, who was a damn good basketball player in his day, has been doing CrossFit to get himself back into shape. I for one think it is awesome because Chuck is a great athlete and his commentary throughout the basketball season is hysterical. He did a scaled down version of Open WOD 5 and looks incredulous that the female trainer is killing it. Naturally, his coworkers got a hold of some video evidence and clown him mercilessly. Too funny.
