Great work on the PR’s yesterday, everyone! Don’t be discouraged if you’re not hitting PR’s every single time you pick up a barbell these days, especially if you have been around with us for a long time. PR’s get harder and harder to come by the longer you train, but that only makes them that much sweeter when you hit them. That being said, go out there and do something awesome with Elizabeth today!
