Regionals kick off this weekend. Stay up on the action in the South East, South Central, and Canada West at the Games site. There are some incredible athletes coming out of those regions and they will set high standards that might not get passed by any others throughout the rest of regionals.

Meanwhile, back at home, the RVA Alpha Strongman competition kicks off tomorrow starting at 11AM. Swing by if you get a chance, all spectator proceeds go to Ring Dog Rescue.
