Jaci will be holding both bar and ring muscle up skill sessions every Tuesday until the Open starts!
1/23 – 6:30pm
1/30 – 6:30pm
2/6 – 6:30pm
2/13 – 6:30pm
These sessions will last approximately 30 minutes and will include individual homework to work on the following week.
Class is for all skill levels, the progressions and drills used will benefit all levels.
