You may have been receiving my emails for a few weeks or months now, maybe even years (if you’ve been around that long, apologies for telling the same stories over and over). Maybe you signed up for communication from a bunch of the gyms around town or you’ve checked out a community event with us but never made it back in. But for whatever reason, you haven’t gotten started.
And truth be told, getting up the courage to try something new is hard. Finding the motivation to stick with it and establish a balanced routine can be even harder. I promise you, we get it.
So let’s break it down.
First, trying something new:
- We make it easy (aka free)! Our bootcamp class, RVAFit, has a free trial class that you can sign up for by clicking the big, red button below.
- You can try it again! Sometimes we don’t make up our minds on the first go round. Did you check us out a few months ago and not make a decision? No problem, just reply here to get signed up.
- You don’t need experience! Our coaches are there to guide you through the entire workout. If you’ve got any injuries or movement modifications, just let the coach know and they’ll take it from there.
Next, sticking with it:
- Our community is genuine. Real friendships are born here and you will always see a friendly face who is happy you made it in.
- Our workouts are engaging and you won’t be doing the same thing each week. Why show up over and over for the same ole same ole?
- Our coaches actually care and want you to show up and meet your goals. You’ve got a built in accountability buddy from day one.
