Don’t let anyone tell you differently- there are tons of reasons why people decide to join a gym. Yes, some people are motivated by a fitness routine, others are looking for community, and some simply want to try something new.
Back in 2014, every member had a different ‘why’ when coming into the gym, and I quickly realized that only having one type of fitness program available just wasn’t going to cut it. And with that, RVA Fit was born.
RVA Fit is our functional fitness, bootcamp style class- not unlike the bootcamp classes you’ve seen popping up around town. What does make us different is that we have been helping Richmonders meet their goals (and some new friends!) for over TEN years, and have learned a lot along the way.
RVA Fit provides weekly intentional programming, hands-on coaches, and varied workout types for all fitness levels. But most importantly, we provide a fun environment with good music and camaraderie to train in (no really, RVA Fit is by far our liveliest program with the best playlists in the building).
