One thing I’ve consistently noticed is that when life gets busy with work, family, and the likes, the first thing to leave our to-do list is ourselves. And trust me, lacking in accountability to ourselves is nothing if not relatable- we hear it time and time again from clients. That’s why I’ve started to see personal training as a hack to keeping your goals and needs on the list of priorities.
The hack is simple- when you sign up to work with a personal trainer, you have consistent appointments set to meet your schedule. Having a scheduled session provides the extra push that we sometimes need to show up for ourselves and prioritize our time in the gym. And when you arrive at your session, you’ve got a trainer to help you push towards your goals!
