Ever tried lifting heavy weights while laughing over a question about your favorite cheese? Well that’s just what our members did just last week (spoiler alert: gouda won by a long shot).

At RVA, our Performance program isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about having fun while you’re at it. We mix things up with powerlifting, weightlifting, and gymnastics, but what really sets our classes apart is the way we break the ice.

Every session starts with a question of the day. It’s a great way to get everyone talking, and build connections—even before the pre-workout kicks in! Our community feel is what makes each class unique. You’ll find encouragement and camaraderie from fellow members who are as dedicated to their fitness as they are to creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s not uncommon to see a group of us cheering each other on, sharing a laugh, or celebrating personal milestones together- or discussing why we’re team burrito or team taco.
