When I created RVA Fit, the goal wasn’t just to offer another workout class—it was to give people an experience that makes fitness feel like an adventure. RVA Fit is all about mixing things up with strength, cardio, and conditioning, but more importantly, it’s designed to keep you engaged and coming back for more.
