When I first started RVA Performance Training, we were all about Crossfit. But something became clear pretty quickly: not everyone wanted the same type of workout. Some people wanted to get stronger, others were more about cardio, and many just wanted a fun way to stay active without feeling like they were in a competition.

That’s where RVA Fit comes in.

It’s our bootcamp-style program, but what really makes it stand out is the community we’ve built. We’re not just focused on intense workouts (although you’ll get those too). RVA Fit is about getting stronger and fitter while having a great time, surrounded by supportive people who cheer you on.
