Today’s WOD: Deadlift 3×5 (+5-15#) then AMRAP 10: 3 Pull-Ups 6 Goblet Squats (24 kg/16 kg) 9 Sandbag Get Ups (50#/35#) Lab rats getting it. We can’t emphasize hydration enough as the weather heats up. Get yourself a water bottle and carry it around with you all day. Dehydration is no good.
